How to File a DMCA Complaint
Section 2To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your communication must include all four of the following elements:
Your Contact Details
- Your full legal name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical mailing address
Description of the Copyrighted Work
- Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Describe the material clearly enough for us to understand your claim
- Include registration numbers if applicable
Location of the Infringing Material
- Exact URL(s) or channel names where the material appears
- Content titles or any relevant identifying details
- Screenshots or timestamps if available
Required Legal Statements
- A good faith belief statement that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
- A statement made under penalty of perjury (where applicable)
- Your physical or electronic signature
DMCA Review Process
Section 3Once we receive your notice, we review it as quickly as possible and take appropriate action if the complaint is valid.

Valid complaints are investigated and addressed. Appropriate action taken within 24 hours of receipt.

We process all DMCA requests within 24 hours of receipt. Valid complaints are investigated promptly, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with applicable copyright law and the DMCA safe harbor provisions.
False Claims Warning
Section 4Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing — or that material was removed or disabled by mistake — may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by StreamIPTV, the alleged infringer, or any copyright owner.

Counter-Notification
Section 5If you believe content was removed or disabled in error — because the material is not infringing, or you have authorization to use it — you may submit a counter-notification to the same contact email address used for DMCA complaints.
Counter-Notice Must Include
Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
Your consent to the jurisdiction of Canadian federal courts
A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant provides evidence of legal action.
