False Claims Warning

Section 4

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing — or that material was removed or disabled by mistake — may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by StreamIPTV, the alleged infringer, or any copyright owner.

Legal Warning

We strongly recommend consulting qualified legal counsel before submitting a DMCA complaint if you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright. Abuse of the DMCA process has legal consequences.

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error

Your consent to the jurisdiction of Canadian federal courts

Your physical or electronic signature
