Pick a good time
Choose a day when you can watch for a while, ideally before a busy evening. That is when your internet is under the most pressure, so it gives you a realistic test.

Have your device ready
Decide which TV or phone you will test on. If you can, install the TV app first, using our guides. This way, you will not spend your trial hours setting up.

Open our free trial page
On your phone or computer, go to streamiptv.ca and choose Free Trial. French speakers can use the French version of the site.

Fill in the form
Type your name and your email address. Check that your email is correct, since your login is sent there. Choose Standard or Premium.

Send it
Press the button to send your request. A message confirms that we received it.

Check your email
During support hours, your details usually arrive within 15 minutes. Check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see them.
7
Test your channels
Sign in using the guide for your device. Try the channels you care about, at your usual viewing time.
