Login errors are usually small typing mistakes. Please do not worry. Go through these slowly.
1

Open your welcome email

Have your email in front of you, so that you can compare it with what you typed.
2

Check for extra spaces

A space at the end of a box is invisible, and very common after pasting. Delete the last character and retype it to be sure.
3

Check capital letters

Capital and small letters are different. Check each one.
4

Check look-alike characters

The number 0 and the letter O are easily confused. So are the small letter l, the number 1 and the capital I.
5

Check the server address

Include http:// and any number at the end, such as :8080. Do not add “www” or a slash that is not in your email.
6

Check the type of login

Choose Xtream Codes if you have a username and password. Choose M3U if you have a long link. A wrong choice causes an error, even with correct details.
7

Check that your plan is active

If your trial or plan ended, your details stop working. Check your order email, or ask us.
