1
Check for the Fire TV logo
When you turn on the TV, look for the words Fire TV on the main screen. Brands like Toshiba, Insignia and Hisense sell TVs with it built in. If you are unsure, send us a photo.
2
Open Settings
Press the right side of the round ring on your remote until you reach the small gear picture on the top row. Then press the middle of the ring. This middle button is called Select, and it works like “OK”.
3
Open the About screen
Choose Device & Software or My Fire TV, then About. If the screen says Fire OS, our Downloader guides should work. A newer system may not allow them.
4
Use a cable if you can
Many of these TVs have a socket for an Ethernet cable on the back. If your internet box is nearby, use one. It is the most reliable connection for live TV.
5
Install Downloader
Follow our article “Full Steps to Install Downloader App on Fire TV Stick”. The menus match, even though your device is a TV.
6
Install your TV app
Follow our guide for your chosen app. TiviMate and IPTV Smarters are popular choices. Then enter your login.

Still need help?
That is completely fine. Menus differ a little between TV brands, so a photo helps us guide you. Message us on WhatsApp or by email, any day from 6 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time. Tell us your device and what you see on the screen. A photo of the TV screen helps a lot.
