1
Check your device’s clock
Press Home, and look for the time on the screen. Compare it with your watch or phone. If it is wrong, this is the cause.
2
Open your device’s settings
On a Fire TV, go to Settings, Preferences, Location. On other devices, look under System or General for Date & Time.
3
Choose your time zone
Choose your region or city. In Saskatchewan, pick a Saskatchewan or Regina option, not general Central Time, as most of the province does not change its clocks.
4
If you live in British Columbia
BC stopped changing its clocks in March 2026. An older device may still move an hour in winter. Install any updates. If the clock stays wrong, tell us your device.
5
Restart
Unplug the device for a minute, then plug it back in.
6
Refresh the guide
Open your app and update the guide. Our guide for your app shows how. Your listings should now line up.
