1
Find your TV’s brand
Look at the front of the TV, or check the sticker on the back. Note the brand and the model number. It helps to have these when you ask for help.
2
Open your app store
Press your remote’s Home button, and look for Apps or an app store.
3
Search for an IPTV player
Search for IBO Player, or simply IPTV. Check the reviews and when it was last updated. Do not pay for an app until you have tried it, if you can avoid it.
4
If you find nothing
That is common on some TVs. Do not worry. You can plug a small streaming device into a free HDMI port on the TV.
5
Choose a streaming device
A Fire TV Stick running Fire OS, or an Android TV device, is the usual choice. Our guide on picking a device explains your options.
6
Use casting only as a backup
Casting from your phone can work, but it ties up your phone and it can be less stable. For regular viewing, a small device is more comfortable.
