1
Unplug the TV
Turning the TV off with the remote may only put it to sleep. Pull its plug from the wall, and wait one full minute. Plug it in again and test the app.
2
Check your internet
Open another app, such as YouTube. If it does not work either, restart your internet box. Unplug it for 30 seconds and wait a few minutes.
3
Update the TV
Open Settings, then look for Support or General, then Software Update. Install any update offered. Please do not turn off the TV while it runs.
4
Update the app
Open the app store, and look for an update to your IPTV app. Install it if there is one.
5
Remove and reinstall the app
Delete the app from your Apps list, restart the TV and install it again. Have your details ready, as you may need to add your channels again.
6
Consider a small device
If your TV is several years old and the app keeps crashing, a streaming stick may be a better solution than more troubleshooting.
