Televizo calls your service a “playlist”. Here is how to add yours.

Find your welcome email

On your phone or computer, open the email we sent you. Search for “StreamIPTV”. If it is not there, look in the Spam or Junk folder. Keep the email open, because you will copy from it in the next steps.

Open Televizo

Press and hold Home, choose Apps and select Televizo. If you see a welcome message, press Select to close it.

Create a playlist

Choose New Playlist or the plus sign. Then choose Xtream Codes, if you have a username and a password. Choose M3U if your email gives you one long link.

Type a name

The first box asks for a name. This can be anything you like, because it is only a label. Type “Home”. To type on a TV, press the arrows to move over the letters and press Select on each one.

Type the server address

Move to the box called Server, URL or Portal. It is the web address in your email, which starts with http. Type all of it, including any number at the end such as :8080. Do not add any spaces.

Type your username

Move to the Username box. Type it exactly as it appears in your email. Capital letters and small letters count as different letters, so copy them just as they are.

Type your password

Move to the Password box. Type it carefully. The number 0 and the letter O look alike, and so do the small letter l and the capital I. Compare with your email if you are unsure.

Check your typing

Before you continue, compare each box with your email, one letter at a time. A single wrong letter stops everything from working. This takes a minute and saves a lot of trouble.

Save the playlist

Move to the check mark or Save, and press Select.

Wait for your channels

The app now downloads your list of channels. This can take several minutes the first time. Please leave it alone until it finishes. Pressing buttons now can stop it partway.

Try a channel

Press the arrows to choose a channel, and press Select to watch it. If you see a picture and hear sound after a few seconds, everything is working. Well done.

Add a favourite

Highlight a channel you like, and hold the Select button. Choose the option to add it to favourites. Doing this for your main channels makes daily use easier.
