A missing channel may just be listed under another name or in a group you hid. Here is how to check.
1

Search by a short name

Open your app’s search, and type a few letters. For instance, “RDS” rather than the full name.
2

Try another spelling

Channels may be listed with a country or quality label, such as “CA” or “HD”. Search again with fewer letters.
3

Check your hidden groups

In your app’s settings, check whether you hid a group. Turn it back on and search again.
4

Reload your list

Use your app’s Update or Reload option. New changes may not have reached you yet.
5

Check your plan

Premium has more channels than Standard. If you have Standard, it may be included only in Premium.
6

Ask us

Send us the channel’s name. Line-ups change, and we will tell you plainly whether it is available.
