1
Check that nothing is muted
Check the TV’s volume, your soundbar and the app. Press the volume-up button. It sounds simple, but it catches many people.
2
Try another channel
If only one channel has a problem, tell us its name. If all do, continue.
3
Restart your TV or device
Unplug your TV or streaming device from the wall. Wait one full minute. Plug it back in. Using the remote’s power button often only puts it to sleep.
4
Change the audio setting
On your device, open Settings, then Sound or Audio. Change Dolby or Passthrough to Stereo or PCM. Test a channel. Change it back if nothing improves.
5
Check your soundbar
If you use a soundbar, turn it off and test using the TV’s speakers. If the sound returns, the soundbar’s settings are the cause.
6
Adjust the delay
If voices do not match lips, look for Audio Delay in your app’s settings. Change it in small steps until they match.
7
Check for several audio tracks
Some channels have more than one language. Look for a speaker or language symbol while watching, and choose another track.
