1
Restart your TV or device
Unplug your TV or streaming device from the wall. Wait one full minute. Plug it back in. Using the remote’s power button often only puts it to sleep.
2
Clear the temporary files
Open your device’s Settings, then Applications, then your app. Choose Clear Cache. Your login stays in place.
3
Close other apps
Many apps may be running at once. Restarting closes them. Open only your TV app, and test.
4
Free up space
On a small device, you want at least 1 GB free. Remove apps you do not use.
5
Update the app
Install the newest version from the official source. An old version can stop working.
6
Hide channel groups
Very long lists use a lot of memory. Hide groups you never watch in the app’s settings.
7
Reinstall the app
Remove it, restart your device and install it again. Have your login ready.
