Most crashes happen because a device is short of memory, or the app is out of date. Start with the easiest fix.
Start
Restart your TV or device
Unplug your TV or streaming device from the wall. Wait one full minute. Plug it back in. Using the remote’s power button often only puts it to sleep.
Clear the temporary files
Open your device’s Settings, then Applications, then your app. Choose Clear Cache. Your login stays in place.
Close other apps
Many apps may be running at once. Restarting closes them. Open only your TV app, and test.
Free up space
On a small device, you want at least 1 GB free. Remove apps you do not use.
Update the app
Install the newest version from the official source. An old version can stop working.
Hide channel groups
Very long lists use a lot of memory. Hide groups you never watch in the app’s settings.
Reinstall the app
Remove it, restart your device and install it again. Have your login ready.
Final step
Still need help?
That is completely fine. Tell us when it crashes and which device you use. Message us on WhatsApp or by email, any day from 6 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time. Tell us your device and what you see on the screen. A photo of the TV screen helps a lot.
