Your IPTV App Disappeared: How to Find It Again

Apps rarely vanish. Usually, they have just moved, or your device changed its layout after an update.
Start
Press the Home button
Press the button with a house on your remote. Check the row of apps on the main screen.
Open your full list of apps
On a Fire TV, hold the Home button for two seconds, then choose Apps. On other devices, look for Apps or the Library.
Look all the way down
Your app may be at the very bottom of the list. Scroll down slowly.
Use your voice or search
On many remotes, hold the microphone button, then say the app’s name.
Check for a reset
If all your apps have gone, and the device is asking you to sign in, it may have been reset. See our guide for your device to reinstall them.
Final step
Move it to the front
Once you find it, pin it to your main screen. See our guide on putting your app on the home screen.
