How to Add Your Login to IPTV Smarters

Enter your login in IPTV Smarters: what goes in each box, and how to fix the login errors people hit most often.

You will type four short items. Take your time, because one wrong letter is the most common reason for a login error.

Start

Find your welcome email

On your phone or computer, open the email we sent you. Search for “StreamIPTV”. If it is not there, look in the Spam or Junk folder. Keep the email open, because you will copy from it in the next steps.

Open IPTV Smarters

Press and hold the Home button, choose Apps, then select IPTV Smarters. If it asks you to accept its terms, choose Accept.

Choose Login with Xtream Codes

You will see a few choices. Choose the one with the words Xtream Codes. This is simply a name for a login using a username and password. If you see Add User first, select it, then choose Xtream Codes.

Type a name

The first box asks for a name. This can be anything you like, because it is only a label. Type “Home”. To type on a TV, press the arrows to move over the letters and press Select on each one.

Type your username

Move to the Username box. Type it exactly as it appears in your email. Capital letters and small letters count as different letters, so copy them just as they are.

Type your password

Move to the Password box. Type it carefully. The number 0 and the letter O look alike, and so do the small letter l and the capital I. Compare with your email if you are unsure.

Type the server address

Move to the box called Server, URL or Portal. It is the web address in your email, which starts with http. Type all of it, including any number at the end such as :8080. Do not add any spaces.

Check your typing

Before you continue, compare each box with your email, one letter at a time. A single wrong letter stops everything from working. This takes a minute and saves a lot of trouble.

Press Add User

Move to the Add User or Login button, and press Select.

Wait for your channels

The app now downloads your list of channels. This can take several minutes the first time. Please leave it alone until it finishes. Pressing buttons now can stop it partway.

Open Live TV

You now see large tiles. Choose Live TV. Pick a group on the left, such as Canada, then a channel on the right.

Try a channel

Press the arrows to choose a channel, and press Select to watch it. If you see a picture and hear sound after a few seconds, everything is working. Well done.

Final step

If you see an error

“Invalid details” usually means a typing mistake. Retype your username and password slowly. A connection error usually points to the server address. Send us a photo of the message if the problem continues.
