Slideshow Mode
Follow each step fullscreen. Swipe, drag or use ←→ keys.
Your TV shows “No Signal” or a blank screen. It is usually the wrong input or a loose cable. Here is the fix.

This message means the TV is not receiving a picture from your device. It sounds serious, but it is usually very simple.
Start
Press Input on the TV remote
Use your TV’s remote, not the streaming device’s. Press Input or Source, then choose the HDMI number your device is plugged into.
Check the device has power
Look at the small light on your stick or box. If there is none, check the power cable and the wall outlet.
Push the cables in firmly
Push the HDMI connection firmly into the TV. If you use a short extender, check both ends. Loose connections are very common.
Try another HDMI port
Move the device to a different port, then choose that number with Input.
Unplug everything for a minute
Unplug the TV and the device from the wall. Wait one minute. Plug in the TV first, then the device.
Check the power source
Plug the device’s power into a wall outlet, rather than the TV’s USB port. The TV’s port is often too weak.
Final step
Still need help?
That is completely fine. A photo of the back of your TV is very helpful. Message us on WhatsApp or by email, any day from 6 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time. Tell us your device and what you see on the screen. A photo of the TV screen helps a lot.
