You need your Wi-Fi name and password, which are often on a sticker on your internet box. Menus vary a little depending on your TV’s age.

Start

Press the Home button

Press the button with a small picture of a house on your Samsung remote. A menu appears along the bottom of the screen.

Open Settings

Move left to Settings, which is usually the gear picture, and press the middle button. On newer TVs, choose All Settings.

Open Network

Choose Wireless

Choose Wireless. Your TV searches for nearby networks. Find your network’s name in the list, and press the middle button.

Type your password

Type your password using the keyboard on the screen. Choose Show Password if the option exists, so you can check it. Then choose Done.

Check the result

A message confirms the connection. Press OK. Then try opening an app from the Home menu.
