Text size:
A connection means one screen playing at one time. It does not mean one TV or one person.
Start
Install it everywhere you like
You can put your app on all your TVs and tablets using one login. Having it on five TVs does not use five connections. Only screens playing at that moment count.
Think of your busiest evening
Picture the time when most people in your home are watching. Count the screens playing separately. That is your number.
Some examples
A couple watching one TV needs one. A couple who watch separate TVs needs two. A family with parents, a teenager and a grandparent in separate rooms might need three or four.
Count family elsewhere
If a relative in another home uses your login, that takes up one of your connections too.
What happens if you go over
You may see “max connections reached”, or a stream may stop. Close the app on the other screen, and wait two minutes.
Final step
Adding more
Extra connections cost less than the first one. Message us if you want to add one to your plan.
