This message means another screen is already using your login. It is common after switching TVs, and it is easy to fix.

Start

Think about who is watching

Is another TV or phone playing right now? Is someone in the family using your login from somewhere else?

Close the app on the other screen

Exit the app completely. On a Fire TV Stick, press Home. Then force the app to stop from its page in Settings, Applications.

Wait two minutes

The system can take a moment to notice. Have a short wait, then try your channel again.

Stop first, then start

When switching TVs, always stop the first before starting the second. This prevents the message.

Restart the device

If it still appears, restart your device. Unplug it for one minute.

Check for an old device

Your login may be saved on an old tablet or at a relative’s home. Remove it there. If you think your login leaked, ask us to change it.

Final step

Add a connection if you need one

If two people often watch at once, add a second connection. It costs less than a separate subscription.
