How to Uninstall or Reinstall an IPTV App on a Firestick

Removing and reinstalling an app fixes many stubborn problems. Your subscription is not affected, but you will need to sign in again.
Start
Find your login first
Open your welcome email, and keep it handy. The app forgets your login when you remove it. If you cannot find the email, message us before you continue.
Press the Home button
On your Fire TV remote, find the button with a small picture of a house. Press it once. The main Fire TV screen appears. If you ever feel lost, this button always brings you back here.
Open Settings
Press the right side of the round ring on your remote until you reach the small gear picture on the top row. Then press the middle of the ring. This middle button is called Select, and it works like “OK”.
Open Applications
In Settings, press the arrows to find Applications, and press Select. This is the list of everything installed on your Fire TV.
Open Manage Installed Applications
Press the down arrow to reach Manage Installed Applications, then press Select. Wait a few seconds for the list to appear, as it can be slow.
Choose the app
Find the app that is causing trouble, and press Select.
Choose Uninstall
Press down to Uninstall, and press Select. Then choose Confirm. The app and its settings are removed. Your TV subscription stays active.
Restart the stick
Hold down the Select and Play/Pause buttons together for five seconds.
Reinstall the app
Follow our guide for your app, using the newest version from the official source. Avoid installing an old file, as that can bring the same problem back.
Final step
Sign in again
Open the app and enter your login from your email. Then try a channel.
