These strange names all mean the same thing: a way to connect your app to your service. Here is how to tell them apart.
Start
Look at your email
Open your welcome email. What you see there tells you which kind of login you have.
Three items: Xtream Codes
If you see a server, a username and a password, that is what apps call Xtream Codes. It is the easiest and the best choice in most apps.
One long link: M3U
If you see one very long web address, that is an M3U link. Almost every app accepts it. Treat it like a password, as it contains your details.
A portal address: MAC
Some set-top boxes, such as MAG, use a portal address and the box’s unique code, called a MAC address. You will need to send us that code.
Match it to your app
When your app asks what kind of login you have, choose the matching one. Xtream Codes details will not work in a box asking for an M3U link.
Final step
Still need help?
That is completely fine. Not sure? Send us the name of your app, and we can tell you what to choose. Message us on WhatsApp or by email, any day from 6 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time. Tell us your device and what you see on the screen. A photo of the TV screen helps a lot.
