How to Renew Your IPTV Subscription

Plans do not renew by themselves. How to renew in time, keep your settings and avoid an interruption.

We do not take automatic payments. Your plan simply ends unless you order again. That keeps you in control, but it helps to plan ahead.

Start

Find your end date

Check your order email, or look in your app’s account or settings screen. Ask us if you cannot find it.

Put a note on your calendar for one week before that date. Payment can take time, especially if you need to fund your Shakepay account.

Go to our website and order, using the same email address if you can. Follow the payment guide just as you did before.

We check your payment, and activate paid orders in about 2 hours.

Your login may stay the same, or you may get new details. Read the email carefully.

Final step

If your details changed, enter the new ones in your app. Your favourites may stay in place, depending on the app.
