How to Contact Support on WhatsApp

WhatsApp is a free messaging app, and it is the fastest way to reach us. You can use it to send us photos, too.

Start

Install WhatsApp

On your phone, open the Play Store or App Store. Search for WhatsApp, and check that the maker is WhatsApp. Install it.

Open it and follow the steps. It asks for your phone number and sends you a code by text. Type the code. Then add your name.

Our number is +1 (902) 601-5269. Add it to your phone’s contacts first. Then, in WhatsApp, tap the new chat button and choose us.

Tap the box at the bottom, and write your question. You can write in English or French. Tap the arrow to send it.

Tell us your device, the app you use, what you see on the screen and when it started. Your order email address helps us as well.

Tap the camera or the paperclip, then take a photo of your TV screen. Tap Send. A picture often explains everything.

Final step

We reply every day, between 6 AM and 11 PM Eastern. If it is late at night, we will answer in the morning.
