How to Set Up IPTV on a BuzzTV Box

Add your service to a BuzzTV box, using its built-in player and the login your provider supports.

BuzzTV boxes have their own TV app. Screens differ between models, so use the closest match if a name differs from ours.

Start

Connect the box

Connect it to your TV with an HDMI cable. Connect a network cable to your internet box if you can. Plug in the power, and turn on your TV.

Finish the first setup

Follow the steps on the screen to choose your language and your network. If an update is offered, accept it, and wait until it finishes.

Open the BuzzTV app

From the main screen, open the BuzzTV TV app.

Open its settings

Press Menu or find Settings. Look for server settings or a similar name.

Check whether it uses a MAC address

If you see a MAC address on the screen, take a photo and send it to us before going further. We can tell you what is possible with your plan.

Find your welcome email

On your phone or computer, open the email we sent you. Search for “StreamIPTV”. If it is not there, look in the Spam or Junk folder. Keep the email open, because you will copy from it in the next steps.

Enter your details

Choose the login type that matches your email, then enter your details exactly. Check each letter before you save.

Wait for your channels

The app now downloads your list of channels. This can take several minutes the first time. Please leave it alone until it finishes. Pressing buttons now can stop it partway.

Final step

Try a channel

Press the arrows to choose a channel, and press Select to watch it. If you see a picture and hear sound after a few seconds, everything is working. Well done.
