The free TiviMate plays live TV fine. Premium is an optional extra, sold by the app’s maker, not by us. Check the current price before you buy.
Start
Decide if you need it
Premium adds things like several playlists, recording and more guide styles. Try the free version for a few days first. Many people find it is all they need.
Open the Play Store on an Android phone
You need an Android phone or tablet for this. Open the Play Store, the colourful triangle. If you have only an iPhone, ask a relative, or ask us about your options.
Install TiviMate Companion
Search for TiviMate Companion, and check that the maker’s name matches. Press Install, then Open.
Create an account
Follow the screens to create an account with your email and a new password. Write this down in a safe place, since you will need it again.
Buy Premium
Inside the Companion app, choose your plan and pay. The money goes to the app’s maker. Check the price on the screen before you confirm.
Open TiviMate on your TV
On the TV, open TiviMate, then go to Settings and choose Unlock Premium.
Sign in
Enter the same email and password you just created. A message confirms that Premium is active.
Final step
Avoid “free Premium” offers
Downloads that promise free Premium are often harmful, and they can read the passwords you type. Use only the real Companion app.
