A trial lasts a limited time. A simple plan helps you learn all you need.
Start
Write down your channels
Write the five channels you would miss most. This is your personal test. A large total number of channels means little if yours are missing.
Test at your usual time
Try each channel when you would normally watch it. A morning test says little about a Saturday night.
Watch something live
Watch a game or the news for an hour. Check whether the picture moves smoothly and the sound matches the lips.
Let the family try
Ask the others at home to try their favourite channels. They are the ones who will use it.
Write down any problems
Note what froze and when. This is very useful if you decide to contact us.
Final step
Make your decision
If it works at your busiest time, you can order with confidence. If not, you have paid nothing. Tell us what happened, as a small change may solve it.
