Everything you need arrives in your welcome email. Here is how to find it, and what each part means.

Open your email

Open the email account you used when ordering. If you have several email accounts, check each of them.

Search for our name

Find the search box in your email, and type StreamIPTV. Press Search. Messages from us should appear.

Check Spam or Junk

If nothing appears, open the folder called Spam or Junk. If you find our email there, mark it as “not spam”, so that future messages arrive normally.

Learn the server

The server, also called URL or Portal, is a web address starting with http. It may end with a number, such as :8080. Copy all of it.

Learn the username and password

These are separate from your email password. They are made just for your TV. Capital and small letters count, so copy them exactly.

Learn the M3U link

An M3U link is one long web address, containing your details. Some apps ask for this instead. If you do not have one, ask us.

Keep them private

Do not share these details online. Anyone who has them could use your connection, and you may be locked out when they do.

That is completely fine. If you still cannot find your email, tell us the address you ordered with. Message us on WhatsApp or by email, any day from 6 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time. Tell us your device and what you see on the screen. A photo of the TV screen helps a lot.
