A sudden failure usually has a simple cause. Please do not reinstall anything yet. Check these in order.
1

Check your internet

On the same device, open another app or website. If nothing works, the issue is your internet, rather than your TV service.
2

Restart your internet box

Unplug your internet box from the wall. Count to 30. Plug it back in. Wait about three minutes, until its lights settle, then try again. This fixes more problems than you might expect.
3

Check our status page

On your phone, go to our server status page. It shows whether we know of any problem right now.
4

Check your end date

Trials and plans stop when they end. Look at your order email. Ask us if you are not sure.
5

Restart your TV or device

Unplug your TV or streaming device from the wall. Wait one full minute. Plug it back in. Using the remote’s power button often only puts it to sleep.
6

Check for an update

Open your app store, and see if your app needs an update. Install it if so.

Still need help?

That is completely fine. Tell us when it stopped, and send a photo of any message. Message us on WhatsApp or by email, any day from 6 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time. Tell us your device and what you see on the screen. A photo of the TV screen helps a lot.

If something goes wrong

Still need help?
