1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StreamIPTV website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Canada-first notice: These Terms are written primarily for Canadian customers, with USA applicability noted where relevant. Customers in Canada are governed by Canadian federal and provincial law; customers in the USA are governed by applicable state law as described in Section 12.

2. Service Description

StreamIPTV provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription services, including live channels, video-on-demand (VOD), and related digital content ("Content"), for personal, non-commercial household use only. The Service is available in Canada (primary) and the United States (secondary).

  • StreamIPTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Service quality may vary depending on your device, internet connection speed, and ISP. Minimum recommended speed: 10 Mbps for HD; 25 Mbps for 4K.
  • Free trials are offered at our discretion and subject to one trial per household, email, or device fingerprint.
  • Content availability is subject to change; channel lineups may be updated without prior notice.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized access or suspected breach of security at support@streamiptv.ca.
  • Not share your credentials with third parties for commercial resale without an active Reseller Agreement.
  • Limit simultaneous streams to the number permitted under your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms, without liability and without prior notice where immediate action is necessary.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:

Commercial redistribution

Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing access to the Service without a signed Reseller Agreement.

Technical interference

Reverse engineering, scraping, framing, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, playlists, or streaming credentials beyond personal use.

Abusive behavior

Harassing support staff, submitting false chargebacks, impersonating StreamIPTV or its agents, or using the Service to facilitate illegal activity.

Automated access

Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Service without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The StreamIPTV website, its design, logos, text, graphics, and interface elements are protected under Canadian intellectual property laws and applicable international conventions. All rights are reserved by StreamIPTV or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from the Service.
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense any portion of the Service or its content.
  • Create derivative works based on the Service or its content without written consent.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use StreamIPTV branding or logos without prior written authorization.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

All subscription fees are payable in advance before access is granted. By completing a purchase, you authorize StreamIPTV to charge the selected payment method for the agreed subscription amount.

Pricing & currency

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canada and US Dollars (USD) for the United States unless otherwise noted. Taxes may apply based on your province or state.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend access and pursue recovery of disputed amounts when chargebacks are filed in bad faith.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 14 days' notice, communicated via the website or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a prorated refund for the current billing period, except in eligible cases as described in our Refund Policy.

To cancel, visit our Order Cancellation page or contact support@streamiptv.ca with your order number. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; eligibility depends on service availability, time elapsed, and circumstances.

Accounts suspended for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.

8. User-Generated Content

Certain sections of the Service (such as blog comments or feedback forms) may allow you to post content. By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
  • The content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
  • The content is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

By posting, you grant StreamIPTV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, reproduce, display, and adapt your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion, without notice.

9. DMCA & Copyright Takedown

StreamIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Canadian copyright law (Copyright Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42). If you believe that content available on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@streamiptv.ca with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" including:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. A description of where on our Service the allegedly infringing content is located (URL or specific location).
  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address including: (a) identification of the removed content and its prior location; (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; (c) your consent to jurisdiction of the courts; and (d) your contact information and signature. We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant.

False DMCA notices may result in liability under applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

StreamIPTV does not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) all Content will be available at all times; (c) results from using the Service will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you to the full extent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian and US law, StreamIPTV and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

In no event shall StreamIPTV's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to StreamIPTV in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some provinces and states do not allow certain liability exclusions. In such jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For US customers, to the extent Canadian law does not apply, the laws of the customer's state of residence shall govern.

Negotiation first

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@streamiptv.ca and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days.

Small claims

Either party may pursue claims eligible for small claims court (or the provincial equivalent in Canada) without going through arbitration.

Class action waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class-action lawsuit against StreamIPTV.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with the updated Terms, your remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and, if applicable, request cancellation of your subscription.
